Other essential stuff

This motorhome is based on a Peugeot Boxer chassis. Tough and reliable. It is a dream to drive. A five-speed gearbox suits all driving conditions; the driving position is comfortable and gives excellent road vision. The turning circle is remarkably tight and a rear-view camera is a great help in all manoeuvres including reversing.

Unlike many modern motorhomes, both cab seats swivel full circle, giving excellent seating capacity and versatility when camped. It is a really roomy interior for its size. The seats are very comfy.

We cannot guarantee that you will find the beds comfortable - everyone has different needs and experiences - but we do! They are firm and plenty big enough. If you prefer something softer, there are plenty of van mattress options available. You can configure the beds as two singles or as an expansive double.

The bathroom is splendid. Nice and roomy and with an excellent shower. The gas heating has a blown outlet in the bathroom so emerging from the shower is a warm and comforting experience.

There is a fitted gas heater which blows warm air out of vents throughout the van, which can be closed or opened as you like.

We also carry with us an electric heater so we have all options covered.

Our kitchen is remarkably well equipped. A gas oven which works really well; a hob which has three gas rings and an electric ring; a really efficient fridge - with freezer compartment - with pretty good capacity.

The kitchen sink has a drop-down cover which provides a vital work-surface. There is also a work-surface above the fridge. I won't tell you that work-surfaces are plentiful or extensive - you are in a motorhome after all - so you have to be organised and tidy. It works OK though.

Cupboards and drawers: plenty, including wardrobe.

Water: the system works well. Filling is pretty straightforward. Hot water system (gas and electric) very efficient. Just remember to switch off the internal pump overnight because it decides to have a little rumble just as you are dropping off.

Electrics: There are two sockets. Not enough. So you have to make use of an extension lead.

Slightly annoying but it works OK.
